SAB@TELIER reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Many SAB@TELIER products are offered on a pre-order basis, with a processing time of 21–30 business days before dispatch.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept this preparation time.
We ship internationally via Amana.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
Customs duties and import taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Ready-to-Wear (RTW): Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Limited Edition: Due to their exclusive and pre-order nature, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer care team within 3 days of delivery. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
